Instructions

  1. To charge your trainer, use a Type-C (USB) connector
  2. To turn on, long press the button underneath
  3. To use, take a deep breathe through your nose and blow with your lips tight around the mouthpiece
  4. To start, train in 3 to 5 sets daily increasing the intensity appropriately thereafter
  5. To cycle through previous results, short press the button underneath
  6. To turn off, long press the button underneath
  7. To clean and sterilize, separate mouthpiece from device
